Maintenane renewals for existing CTI and Talker customers in Brazil. Will be responsible for quarterly revenue quota. Profile / upsell existing accounts and various business units to identify revenue opportunities tied to additional licenses and training. Responsible for quarterly opportunity target. Responsible to assist respective regional Account Executives with deals currently in the works, submitting orders, and other misc needs. Profile existing accounts and various business units to identify opportunities. Collect PO's for maintenance renewals and hold quartery revenue target. Ensure all documents are in place for revenue recognition tied to maintenance revenue and forecast accurately. UpSell products, services, and training courses via telephone based on coordinated efforts with field sales. Responsible for quarterly revenue target. Followup, nurture, and qualify leads for existing accounts. Work in conjunction with Field Sales to set up appointments and ensure opportunities are strategically penetrated. Direct customers to website or other company resources for information. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, inbound/outbound leads from Telemarketing, and/or requests from Field Sales or superiors. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity reports as requested. Assist Accounts Receivable with collections issues when required. Exercise judgement with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and/or recommendations. Thorough knowledge of company products/procedures. Perform other related duties per the request of Field Sales, as required. (ie: quoting, order processing, contract management, RFP responses, license management) Occasional travel to semi-annual sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, and/or customer site visits.
