Role summary provide financial leadership to the CMS sales & commercial teams in lam with financial analytics to support business decisions, focusing on revenue, orders and margin forecasting and financial reporting. Additionally, this role will work on process improvements to drive simplification. 100% dedicated to CMS P&L in Latin America work closely with commercial teams in weekly estimation of sales, margin and risks & opportunities; perform in-depth sales & margin analysis with detailed walks of volume, price and mix; assist in closing & key strategic planning processes including growth playbook, sii and op plan; drive simplification through it systems utilization (guide) and automation of manual processes; close involvement in global PP&A projects, such as data transparency & position report; financial owner of vic calculation, includes data validation and tracking of actuals ; create profitability & segmentation analysis & reports (by customer, by industry); create orders win/loss performance analytics to drive orders and sales forecasting ; ad hoc tasks to support business decisions as needed (ie: specific deal profitability analysis).

Role Summary/Purpose: The Process Engineer is responsible for wastewater and water reuse process designs within Latin America. The position requires a combination of process design expertise in wastewater treatment along with commercial expertise in technical sales and customer relationship. The position provides technical leadership within the Region Essential Responsibilities · Review all final proposals and bid documents for projects. Develop bidding strategies and design concepts with Application Engineer and Commercial Developer to win.· Develop process designs for full scale and pilot scale projects· Review all final designs (e.g.: firm proposals and final budgetary quotes) for accuracy, competitiveness and compliance with design standards.· Develop strategic marketing initiatives targeting key drivers in the market for GE’s suite of membrane based technologies. Assist with marketing initiatives such as Global Commercialization and Training.· Assist Commercial Developer in strategic positioning on key projects in Region. · Develop/maintain relationships with key regional consultants. · Assist Commercial Developer with sales calls to owners and consultants.· Assist with coordination of work and priorities within the Region. · Mentor to Applications Engineers for system design.· Stay on top of regulatory requirements within the region.· Provide process design support to OTR Engineering following project award as required.· Provide process support and trouble shooting for existing plants as required.· Provide process support and expertise during start-up and commissioning of projects as required.· Provide support to Service when required on a case by case basis.· Review and become knowledgeable with competing membrane technology.· Present at conferences or seminars.· Work on regulatory assignments for new products or regulation updates Qualifications/Requirements experience in process design of water and wastewater treatment systems. Engineering degree. There is a preference for candidates with Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) experience . Candidate must be familiar with the design of biological wastewater treatment plants. The incumbent should be familiar with membranes as well as conventional treatment techniques such as sand filtration, clarification, coagulation. Professional engineering designation strongly encouraged. Post graduate engineering degree is a strong asset. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential.
